He just repeated the typical #Standard_Islamic_Narrative or SIN to try to proof that the Origin of the Quran was from God.
His main argument was... "the Most Noble Messenger clearly proclaimed the Qur’an to be the word of God, and said it was impossible for any human being to duplicate it."
What can one respond to that?
It seems only the Quran or the "messenger" from where the Quran originate, proclaimed it to be the word of God.

WHAT IF... It's proofed that the Quran is a Man-Made book full of blunders?
1) Simple Evidence That The Quran Is Man-Made
Muslims claim the Quran is the direct word of their god. Not the word of any prophet or man. Hence MuhaMAD always referred to himself as a "messenger".
However, simply reading through the quran shows how dishonest these claims are.
For example Sura 1:1-5 says:
“ In the name of Allah” and continues as follows: "Thee do we worship and Thine aid we seek.”
Since according to muslims the Quran is the direct word of Allah, this would have to mean Allah is the person talking in Sura 1:1-5.
Then Allah is the one saying to himself: "Thee do we worship and Thine aid we seek"
If that is the case, then who is allah worshipping and whose aid is Allah seeking in Surah 1:1-5?
If the answer is Allah, then this means that Allah is worshipping Allah and seeking Allah's help. That doesn't make any sense.
If Muslims say that MuhaMAD is the speaker in Quran 1:1-5 then it means that the Qur’an is the word of Muhammad, not Allah and is therefore a man made book.

- Adam was the first human God created, and Moses lived centuries later. How can Adam and Moses talk unless someone makes a terrible error of jumbling up narratives when copying?

- The biggest problem with the historicity of Mecca is the issue of WATER. Mecca simply doesn’t have it, and without it you can't have people, and without people you can't have history.
- Everyone knows that in order for a city to support a significant population it needs water, enough for drinking and to supply fertile land for food, and yet Mecca is and has always been in a middle of a desert.
- Some claim the ZamZam Well, which has some water, is in Mecca, but this well wasn’t even known until the 9th or 10th century and is not near large enough to support a city of any significant size. What If... the Jesus from your Quran is not the one you think it is?
Muslims, Your scholars often claim that Muslims love and follow Jesus very much; you say he is a prophet of God and you even except him as Messiah according to the Quran. You also acknowledge all the good deeds and miracles he did (as he is mentioned in the Quran 25 times by name and even many more times their is references about him - while Muhammad is only mentioned 4 times; I wonder why? Or am not correct?)
But the Quranic dilemma is that the name for this prophet of yours in the Quran is NOT "JESUS" (as translated in most English Qurans today) but the name "ISA"
So dear Muslims, take note:
In Islam the one believed to be the prophet and messenger of God and the Messiah, written in Arabic: عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ, is translated as ʿĪsā ibn Maryam, or 'ISA, son of Maryam'. Correct?
However, this person's name "ISA" is translated in most English Qurans as "JESUS" and then everybody think that it's the same person than "JESUS OF THE BIBLE".
To explain it differently:
The Islamic name of your Messiah is called "Isa" in the Quran, but the funny thing is that when they translated the 7th Century Arabian name for Isa into English, they choose the name to be JESUS (although the name Jesus in English was derived from His name in Greek “Iisoús / Ιησούς" and this name Jesus was only used and known for the first time when the Bible was first translated into English in the 15th century).
How and why was the Bible name for the Messiah's later translated in English to JESUS? Answer: It was the original Hebrew name Yeshua/Joshua that was translated in the New Testament Greek to be “Iisoús / Ιησούς" and then in English to Jesus (when the letter "J" was for the first time introduced into the English language, the same sound as "li" & “In” in Greek).
Look as an example to the Bible translations in John 4:25-26 NET where Jesus spoke to a Samaritan woman.
[The woman said to him (Jesus), "I know that Messiah is coming, the one called Christ; whenever he comes, he will tell us everything.” Jesus said to her, “I, the one speaking to you, am he.”]
So dear Muslim brothers and sisters, why did Muhammad used the name Isa for the Messiah (while the Hebrew name of the Messiah known from the Bible was Yeshua/Joshua in the 7th Century, and the English name Jesus for the Messiah was still unknown).
So from where the name Isa for the Messiah in the Quran? Especially when you consider the name of the Messiah was Yeshua in the Bible and it translates to Yashue / يشوع in Arabic, a perfectly good and clear translation!
Why did he not choose Yeshua? Why Isa? (And Muslims claim the Bible to be corrupt!? Is it not rather that the Quran seems to be corrupt!?)
So the Question once again... Why Isa? Who is Isa? Nobody can understand why in the 7th century when Muhammed was claimed to receive revelations, he used a name for the Messiah in Arabic (translated to Isa) while the only known name for the Messiah was Yeshua or Joshua.
Surely Allah should have known the Messiah's name and revealed it correctly to Muhammad?

- Al Fadi and Jay Smith decide to debate the merit of 'oral tradition' concerning the historical sources for Islam's origins.
- Jay takes the side of Islam, while Al Fadi takes the side of Christianity, confronting the lack of evidence for any 7th century sources for Islam's prophet Muhammad, or for their book the Qur'an, or for their city Mecca.
- Jay's response was to simply say that everything that Al Fadi had to point out against the sources for Islam's origins was based on silence, and "the absence of evidence does not necessarily prove the evidence of absence", suggesting that just because there was no evidence from the seventh century, this didn't necessarily prove anything, because in time that evidence would emerge; we just needed to be patient.
- Al Fadi's comeback was to remind Jay that the only evidence he had as a Muslim was based on writings that were 200 to 300 years too late, proving that everything Muslims had to support their book, their man, and their place, came from oral tradition; which is the weakest form of authority.
- And the reason is that oral tradition is like a children's game called "Chinese whispers", where one child tells the next child a secret, which was then told to the next child, and so on, until the last child says what he or she has heard, and the group compares the first statement with the last statement, which is always very different.
- If these kinds of differences occur in just a period of 15 minutes, imagine how they would change over a period of 200 to 300 years, amongst people who had an enormous incentive to either create or embellish everything they heard from the previous orator, because it had to do with the man who created their religion, and who was their paradigm, or their model. They would only pass on what they felt would help their cause, and filter out anything that was damaging or embarrassing. But no one would know because there was no "paper trail", since none of it was written down to incriminate them.
- Jay tried to respond by saying it didn't really matter, because we could trust the list of 'isnads' (i.e. the list of names of those who orated each statement, known as 'matn'), since every one of those names were men of good repute.
- Al Fadi's response was to point out that, regardless of how authoritative or moral any of the list of names were, no one knew what any of those men actually said, because they never wrote anything down. All we have today is what people like Ibn Hisham and Al Bukhari wrote down, believing that what they wrote came from those men, though they had not themselves met or heard any of these men.
- What's more, there was no reason to depend on oral traditions, because writing was quite common at that time. We have a myriad of examples of writings from that time period, and from that territory, proving that Muslims should possess these written documents. Thus, they can no longer hide behind oral tradition as an excuse.
- By the end of the debate, it was clear that Al Fadi had won the debate, as Jay really had no responses to these accusations.
- In conclusion we find that these much later Islamic sources are extremely problematic for the authenticity of the religion of Islam as a whole to stand on;
- As Al Fadi has revealed in this episode and with this debate, Islam is built on nothing more than a foundation of sand.
- Because the sources originate far too late after the life of Muhammad, and come from much too far to the north - away from where all these events supposedly took place, should anyone place their faith and salvation in a religion that contains such a lack of evidence?
